1. You register your project or company on the bagsim platform by completing information requested in the online registration form.
2. Registration is confirmed after a verification process conducted by our team.
3. Once registered, you will be required to send us the key project or company documents (including the business plan and financial projections). After review and acceptance by our investment committee, your project or company is published on the platform.
4. Investors sign a Non-Disclosure-Agreement prior to gaining full access to your documents on the bagsim platform.
5. When investors express their interest in your project or company, you will be notified via email through the bagsim platform and we facilitate the contact between you and them.
6. Specific deal terms will be negotiated directly between you and the interested investor.
1. There is no registration fee to list your project or company on the bagsim platform.
2. A standard commission (success fee) of 5.0% of the funds raised is payable to Bagsim at closing. By accepting the terms of this registration of your project or company on our platform, you consent to paying this fee to Bagsim at closing.
1. You agree that all funds raised regarding the potential transaction will be duly reported on the project or company profile on the bagsim.com platform or reported via written communication to Bagsim at closing. You further agree that all future funds raised as part of the transaction will be duly reported to Bagsim.
1. You agree to fully indemnify, hold harmless, defend Bagsim, its directors, owners, officers, employees, agents, stockholders and affiliates (collectively, “Indemnified Parties”) from and against all claims, demands, actions, suits, damages, liabilities, losses, expenses of any kind, and settlements. You further agree that Indemnified Parties will not be held liable for any funds promised or pledges made on the platform by investors who fail to provide said funds or pledges to you, your project or your company or its affiliates.
1. Access to an exclusive circle of reputable investors.
2. Confidentiality in processing your data and information.
3. Bagsim staff and officers will not knowingly use your documents for any other purpose other than to present your project or company to potential investors.
4. Transparency - the only fee we charge to you is the standard 5% commission (success fee), which you will pay at closing.
